Just browsing through the latest WindowBlinds skin submitted to WinCustomize.com, and I wanted to show off one of the latest. This is Metall Tech by bleumart. I really like the design as it's quite cool looking, but still functional enough to use daily. I especially like the start menu design, and that style flows through the entire skin.
